Extension consultation form

We are so happy your interested in extensions! To determine if you’re an appropriate candidate for extensions we will need to schedule a consultation. Consultation cost is $50. Upon completion of consultation, you must place a non-refundable retainer of $500 (about half the service cost) to secure an appointment for your extension installation. The retainer will be applied to your total balance the day of the service.

Maintenance

  • Product kit purchase required. It's about $180 & includes shampoo, conditioner or masque, leave in treatment, Heat Relief, brush, scrunchie & 2 bonus travel size products

  • Move ups required every 6-10 weeks (Each row $150), Color is additional cost.

We suggest calling the salon direct at the number below to make an appointment, especially if you are new to us and making your first appointment. If one of our Guest Services team is unable to answer, please leave a brief message and your call will be returned within the hour. This is the quickest and most efficient method to secure an appointment with one of our designers!

As a courtesy to our guests, we email, text, and call with reminders for appointment reservations. However, please understand that if our guest services is unable to get in contact to confirm appointments, it is the guests responsibility to remember appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

 

Reservation / Cancellation Policy •

A valid credit card is required at the time of scheduling to hold ALL reservations • For the courtesy of all guests and team members, a 24-hour notice is required for all appointment adjustments, reschedules and cancellations • Day of cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service • Any guest who has multiple cancelled or ‘no show’ appointments will be subject to pre-paying for future reservations This policy is to ensure that our team can provide guests with the best care and service possible in a timely manner.
